Skype, a popular IM and video calls application has released an update for its Android app. The update introduces bubble-style chat and general bug fixes. The update has also introduced Emoji and made animated and bigger emoticons to its Public Chat feature; the feature that being rolled out in coming weeks.
Skype has provided a quick change log of the Android update:

• Chats no longer auto-scroll as new messages come in
• View and change avatars for all group chats
• Updated setting so username and password are required to sign back in
